We’re excited to team up with our good friends from Yaya's Pasta, Shanghai. Enjoy a special set menu by executive chefs Tim Stapleforth from Ghost, Dan Li and Aandrew Moo from Yaya's Pasta, a menu boasting of Sichuan flavours with an Italian flair.

On Saturday, 8 February, Elgin, the Saigon hotspot that’s been turning heads, is rolling into GHOST for an epic one-night-only chef collaboration. 


Think bold, fun, and seriously good food. Led by Chef Aldwin Hidijat, Elgin takes casual dining up a notch with Asian-inspired sharing plates. If you’ve been to GHOST before, you know the deal: wood-fired grills, natural wines, and vinyl spinning in the background. 

GHOST Social Club Vol 3: Kia Kanuta

We are thrilled to be welcoming Chef Kia Kanuta to Ghost, to share with us a special and unique dining experience, a Hāngi. This traditional and ancient Māori technique of cooking in the earth, produces slow cooked textures and earthly smokey flavours.

A Traditional Warriors Feast.


Kia specialises in Hāngi and modern Māori cuisine. Recently named Auckland’s "Outstanding Chef" for 2024, Kia’s culinary journey has seen him working in some of New Zealand’s top restaurants, including Prego, Café Hanoi, Mudbrick, Pici and Ada Restaurant. 


As a father of two beautiful girls and a dedicated community worker, Kia’s passion goes beyond the plate - he’s all about creating connections through food. “The kitchen saved my life in so many ways. Feeding people is my love language, and the sense of belonging is what kept me there,” he says. His approach to cooking reflects his love for community, culture, and the power of food to bring people together.
