Ghost is a produce-driven modern kitchen that combines a restaurant, two top-notch bars, and a custom-made vinyl-focused DJ Booth. The 'trinity,' as one may call it, creates a uique dining experience in Berawa.

Tim Stapleforth, the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Ghost, bringing over 15 years of culinary experience to the table. His journey began in Christchurch, New Zealand, where he started his career before venturing to Australia. There, he was mentored by the renowned Chef Andrew McConnell, known for his work at Supernormal and the acclaimed

There, he was mentored by the renowned Chef Andrew McConnell, known for his work at Supernormal and the acclaimed Gimlet at Cavendish House in Melbourne. Tim honed his skills for seven years under McConnell's guidance.
At Ghost, Tim offers a European-focused menu that emphasises locally sourced produce with flicks of charcoal and wood-fire cooking techniques. No fluff, just great food!
