Our Food

Ghost Kitchen is a local produce-driven modern European kitchen with a menu boasting of plenty of seafood options cooked to perfection on a grill flamed by wood to bring out the smokiness.

Our Space

     

Just a stone's throw away from Berawa Beach, where surfers chase waves on the South Coast of Bali, lies Ghost Kitchen. A space built from pure passion and creativity, a melting pot for like-minded people to mingle with local personalities. 


Ghost is a produce-driven modern kitchen that combines a restaurant, two top-notch bars, and a custom-made vinyl-focused DJ Booth. The 'trinity,' as one may call it, creates a uique dining experience in Berawa.

OUR trailblazers

Tim Stapleforth

Tim Stapleforth, the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Ghost, bringing over 15 years of culinary experience to the table. His journey began in Christchurch, New Zealand, where he started his career before venturing to Australia. There, he was mentored by the renowned Chef Andrew McConnell, known for his work at Supernormal and the acclaimed 

Tim Stapleforth, the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Ghost, bringing over 15 years of culinary experience to the table. His journey began in Christchurch, New Zealand, where he started his career before venturing to Australia. There, he was mentored by the renowned Chef Andrew McConnell, known for his work at Supernormal and the acclaimed Gimlet at Cavendish House in Melbourne. Tim honed his skills for seven years under McConnell's guidance.


At Ghost, Tim offers a European-focused menu that emphasises locally sourced produce with flicks of charcoal and wood-fire cooking techniques. No fluff, just great food!

Jodi Langford

Jodi Langford, Ghost's Venue Manager and Co-Owner, partners with Tim in both personal and professional journeys. A natural leader, she prioritises cultivating a culture of growth and teamwork. Jodi believes this industry chooses you, either you love it completely or it’s not for you. Her goal for Ghost is simple, to serve exceptional food
